These Regulations may be cited as the Insurance (Statistics) Regulations, 1993, and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st January, 1992.

Every insurer registered or authorized to carry on insurance business in Kenya shall prepare the statistics in accordance with the Twenty-sixth Schedule to the Insurance Regulations (sub. leg) and four copies thereof duly authenticated and certified in the manner shall be deposited with the Commissioner within six months, after the end of the period to which they relate.
